Located on a historic block in Clinton Hill in Brooklyn, the project was carefully crafted for maximal functionality, seasonal interest, and biodiversity. Multiple levels of landscape areas feature a powder-coated aluminum pergola, black locust decking and built-in stacked seating, a flexible lawn space, designated bluestone plank walking paths, and lush planting areas bursting with native plantings. The palette is heavily focused on textural combinations that last all year round and consists of a matrix of evergreen filler plants with pops of seasonal blooms.
